About Loren Byrne
Loren Byrne has grown up in the building/construction field. With his mother, an architect, and father, professional contractor, he has spent his childhood listening, learning, and helping build and construct various buildings and homes. One of his first jobs as a teenager was as a construction worker getting his hands dirty and learning how buildings stay up firsthand. This is a rare talent & experience to have as a Professional Engineer and has helped Loren understand how structures are built in the real world, not just on paper.
Loren went on to study Architectural Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, a reknown university where many companies seek graduates to work at their firms. After attaining his degree in Architectural Engineering, Loren worked as a Systems Engineer building bridges around Northern California. This job also gave him the opportunity to work in the field and not only design structure on paper, but also see how the structures are built from the ground up.
In his spare time, Loren builds beautiful wood furniture, remodel's homes with his family & friends, and tends to his small backyard vineyard.
He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and daughter.
